1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website allorincar.pro and the rental and purchase of audio-visual equipment from Allorincar Professional AV Equipment ("Allorincar," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• "Equipment" means any audio-visual equipment, accessories, or related products offered for rental or sale by Allorincar
• "Rental Period" means the agreed duration for which Equipment is rented, as specified in the booking confirmation
• "Customer" or "You" means the individual or entity renting or purchasing Equipment
• "Agreement" means the contract formed between Allorincar and the Customer
• "Damage Waiver" means optional insurance coverage for rental equipment

3. Equipment Rental Terms

3.1 Booking and Reservations

Equipment rentals are subject to availability. Booking requests can be made through:

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Allorincar. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3.2 Rental Periods

The minimum rental period is one (1) day. A rental day is calculated as a 24-hour period from the time of collection or delivery.

Rental periods must be agreed in advance. Extensions may be requested but are subject to equipment availability and must be approved by Allorincar before the original rental period expires.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment for equipment rental must be made in accordance with the following:

• Full payment is required before equipment collection or delivery
• We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card
• A refundable security deposit may be required, as specified in your booking confirmation
• Security deposits are returned within 7 business days after equipment return, subject to inspection

3.4 Collection and Delivery

Collection: Equipment may be collected from our premises at:

Collection hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00

Delivery: We offer delivery services throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery charges vary based on location and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.5 Equipment Condition and Inspection

All Equipment is inspected before rental and provided in good working condition. You must:

• Inspect all Equipment upon collection or delivery
• Report any defects, damage, or missing items immediately
• Sign an Equipment Condition Report confirming the condition

Failure to report issues at the time of collection/delivery may result in you being held responsible for pre-existing damage.

3.6 Customer Responsibilities

During the Rental Period, you agree to:

• Use Equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Keep Equipment under your direct control and supervision
• Not sublet, lend, or transfer Equipment to third parties without written consent
• Maintain Equipment in good condition, reasonable wear excepted
• Protect Equipment from theft, damage, and adverse weather conditions
• Return Equipment in the same condition as received
• Pay for any loss, damage, or theft occurring during the Rental Period

3.7 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use Equipment for illegal purposes
• Modify, alter, or repair Equipment without authorization
• Remove identification labels or markings
• Use Equipment in hazardous environments beyond its specifications
• Exceed manufacturer weight, load, or operational limits

3.8 Late Returns

Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns will incur additional rental charges calculated at 150% of the standard daily rate for each day or part day overdue.

If Equipment is not returned within 7 days of the agreed return date, we reserve the right to report the Equipment as stolen to law enforcement authorities.

3.9 Damage, Loss, and Insurance

You are responsible for the full replacement value of any Equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair during the Rental Period.

For damaged Equipment, repair costs will be charged based on actual repair expenses incurred by Allorincar.

Damage Waiver: Optional damage waiver coverage is available for an additional fee. This waiver reduces your liability for accidental damage but does not cover:

• Loss or theft of Equipment
• Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms
• Damage to accessories (batteries, cables, memory cards)
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

4. Equipment Purchase Terms

4.1 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information without prior notice.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Full payment is required before equipment dispatch unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

4.3 Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. You should inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

4.4 Title and Ownership

Title to purchased Equipment passes to you upon full payment. Until payment is received in full, Equipment remains the property of Allorincar.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Equipment Performance

While we ensure Equipment is in good working condition, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Equipment performance may vary based on environmental conditions, user expertise, and compatibility with other equipment.

6.2 Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allorincar shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Project delays or cancellations
• Reputational damage
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from Equipment rental or purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Equipment giving rise to the claim.

6.4 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Allorincar website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allorincar or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Labour disputes, strikes
• Failures of suppliers, utilities, or transportation
• Pandemics or epidemics

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allorincar, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of Equipment
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any damage or injury caused by Equipment while in your possession

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our business or other customers.

Upon termination, you must immediately return all rented Equipment and cease using our services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us to resolve disputes amicably.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allorincar regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
