Equipment rentals are subject to availability. Booking requests can be made through:
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Allorincar. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
The minimum rental period is one (1) day. A rental day is calculated as a 24-hour period from the time of collection or delivery.
Rental periods must be agreed in advance. Extensions may be requested but are subject to equipment availability and must be approved by Allorincar before the original rental period expires.

Delivery: We offer delivery services throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery charges vary based on location and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
All Equipment is inspected before rental and provided in good working condition. You must:
Failure to report issues at the time of collection/delivery may result in you being held responsible for pre-existing damage.

Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns will incur additional rental charges calculated at 150% of the standard daily rate for each day or part day overdue.
If Equipment is not returned within 7 days of the agreed return date, we reserve the right to report the Equipment as stolen to law enforcement authorities.
You are responsible for the full replacement value of any Equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair during the Rental Period.
For damaged Equipment, repair costs will be charged based on actual repair expenses incurred by Allorincar.
Damage Waiver: Optional damage waiver coverage is available for an additional fee. This waiver reduces your liability for accidental damage but does not cover:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information without prior notice.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Full payment is required before equipment dispatch unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. You should inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Title to purchased Equipment passes to you upon full payment. Until payment is received in full, Equipment remains the property of Allorincar.
